Sales, Shipping & Returns

1. Sale

• All works offered are originals or clearly marked as limited editions.

• Each work is delivered with a certificate of authenticity.

• Prices are quoted in euros (€), including VAT (where applicable).

• The purchase contract is only concluded with the order confirmation by email.

2. Shipping

• Worldwide shipping is possible.

• All works are professionally and securely packaged (art cardboard or wooden box, depending on size and value).

• Shipping is carried out via insured service providers (e.g. DHL Express, UPS, FedEx or specialized art forwarding companies).

• The delivery time is usually:

  • within Germany/EU: 5–10 working days

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination country and customs clearance).

• Buyers will be informed about shipment tracking via email.

3. Return & Right of Cancellation

According to the applicable EU directives on distance selling, private buyers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

Return process:

1. Please contact us in writing (by email to info@dahhan-art.com) within the cancellation period.

2. You will receive the return address and instructions for safe packaging.

3. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the work was delivered damaged or faulty.

4. After receipt and inspection of the returned work, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.

6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually produced commissioned works, as these are created specifically according to customer specifications (Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code).

7. Returns must be made in the original packaging or with equivalent protection.

8. International returns must be declared as “returned goods” to avoid customs fees.
